The mission of SPS is to provide a quality education based on Jesuit values and ideals to new and returning adult students. The curriculum and the calendar reflect contemporary theory and research on best practices for fostering adult learning.

You will be qualified. Completing this CITE. /St. Peter’s Undergraduate Degree in Teaching will earn you an institutional recommendation from St. Peter’s University for Teacher Certification.

You will be prepared. In addition to CORE courses, you will learn from seasoned educators and get hands-on experience in your Clinical Practicum and Student Teaching, in a variety of settings, so that you will hit the ground running.

You will be supported. We will prep you for both Praxis I and Praxis II, which you will take during the program.
